¿how do  move form Mexico City Airport to the downtown?

Besides the expensive tourist-price transport in the Mexico City airport, there are two ways to move into the  town, one of them is by subway which is just outside the terminal, specially useful if you arrive not very late, this way you will be able to go to the center of the city for 3 Mexican pesos, some 20 cents of USD. Another way is taking one of the Metrobus, which is more expensive some 30 Mexican pesos..2.5 USD but it is pretty safe and crosses the center of the city..
